Fees include three nights' accommodation, nine meals, administration and the event itself. Buckland Hall is a vegetarian venue. Further dietary requirements can also be accommodated. Bar bills must be settled in cash or by cheque before leaving Buckland Hall.

* Earlybird bookings, benefitting from a 25% discount, are payable in full by 31st July 2010

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BOOKING

Deposit: A deposit of £100 is payable on booking to reserve a place, after which an invoice for the full amount will be issued. Final payment deadline is 30th October 2009. For Earlybird Rate payment deadline – see 2 below.
Earlybird Rate: Earlybird bookings benefit from a 25% discount ONLY if payment IN FULL is received by 31st July 2009.
Late Payment: A £50 penalty will be applied to fees invoiced but not received by the final payment deadline of 30th October 2009. If paying by bank draft, proof of transfer from the bank must be submitted.
Installments: Payment by instalments via Standing Order or D/D are accepted by individual arrangement.
Cancellations: If having paid the full fee you wish to cancel more than two weeks before the start of the course, the fee minus the deposit will be refunded. Later cancellations will attract no refund unless the participant fills the space with someone else paying the same rate.
Event Cancellation: If insufficient bookings are made to run the event, we will offer a full refund.
